and write a summary after listening to Kelly McGonigal and reading the transcript. Your summary will have at least 5 - 6 sentences and no more than 10-12. If you know how, write your summary in a google doc and post the link in a comment to this post. Alternatively, you can post the whole text in your comment or as a last resort send to me by email.
